The service and scope

TriaChat Inc., Delaware, USA provides Triachat, a customer-communication service with a website widget, Telegram, connected messengers and email, a team dashboard, Smart AI, knowledge bases and APIs. Available features depend on your plan and settings.

By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to do so. Agreed order conditions apply to that order; mandatory law continues to apply.

Accounts and team access

Provide accurate information, protect the Telegram account used to sign in and do not share access with unauthorised people. The workspace owner manages sites, operators and permissions and is responsible for their team’s actions to the extent provided by applicable law.

Connect websites, groups, bots, business accounts, mailboxes and external APIs only with authority to do so. If access is lost or compromise is suspected, revoke keys and permissions and contact support.

Customer data and materials

Rights in your materials and data remain with their respective holders. You authorise Triachat to process and transmit them to the extent needed to operate the service and carry out your settings.

You are responsible for lawful handling of customer data, required notices and consents. Account for forwarding to connected channels, AI, translation and memory. Team access should be limited to authorised people. Where needed, a separate data-processing agreement must be arranged before data is transmitted.

Triachat’s processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Fraud, phishing, malicious software, unlawful messaging campaigns, threats, harassment, rights infringement, bypassing restrictions and attempts to access other workspaces are prohibited. Do not impersonate others, collect their secrets, attack infrastructure or deliberately create loads that disrupt the service.

Follow connected platforms’ rules, API limits and recipient-consent requirements. Do not use Triachat as your sole emergency-communication system or the only repository of important documents.

Smart AI and automated replies

Triachat uses OpenAI for its AI agent. Customers choose instructions, knowledge, sources and human-handoff settings. AI can make mistakes in replies, translation and transcription; test your settings and supervise messages affecting customers’ payments, orders, rights and safety.

An AI reply alone does not confirm payment or change your transaction terms. The service does not guarantee a particular automation rate or commercial outcome. Knowledge-base learning and client memory are separate controls.

Plans, invoices and balance

Prices, currencies, periods, limits and add-ons are shown in the dashboard and order before payment. AI usage may be charged separately from the subscription. Plan conversations are granted for monthly periods; additional packs have the validity shown in the dashboard, which may be extended on subscription renewal. Cancelling or suspending a subscription voids unused conversations.

Renewal may create a new invoice; this does not mean an automatic debit from an external payment method. Use the details, amount, currency and network shown on the invoice. Payment confirmation appears in the dashboard; mistaken and incomplete payments may need manual review.

The internal balance pays for features and records adjustments. Plan or add-on changes may result in a prorated adjustment. Credit to the balance is not a monetary refund to the original payment method.

Payment checks and AML

Service payments may be checked for money laundering (AML), fraud and sanctions risks. These checks may be performed by the payment provider; sending funds or obtaining network confirmations does not itself mean that a payment has been accepted.

Where needed, we or the payment provider may request reasonably necessary information about the payer, control of the payment method and source of funds. Crediting the payment and activating the services it pays for may be delayed during review. A payment rejected following review or prohibited by law is not used to pay for services.

Refunds are considered subject to applicable law and the provider’s rules; legally blocked funds cannot be refunded automatically. Available procedures and timing are communicated through support. Review data is handled under the Privacy Policy.

Payment errors and refunds

For duplicate, mistaken or disputed payments, contact support with the invoice number, time, amount and transaction identifier. Do not send wallet secrets or full card details.

Refund requests are assessed in light of services actually delivered, the reason for the request, order conditions, available refund methods and mandatory law. An automatic monetary refund for an unused balance or merely stopping use is not promised. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights. Any agreed timing, amount and method are communicated in response to the request.

Integrations and availability

Delivery depends on Telegram, email services, messengers, model providers, networks and your settings. Platform restrictions, revoked permissions, a full mailbox or an unavailable external API may stop individual features. Follow those providers’ terms and maintain your connections.

The service may be temporarily restricted for maintenance, fixes and protection. Uninterrupted operation, error-free processing and a specific response time are not guaranteed unless a separate agreement expressly provides them. Keep an alternative contact method for critical support.

Restrictions and stopping use

Customers can stop using the service, disconnect channels and choose not to renew. Disconnecting a website, deleting an account and stopping payment are different actions. Subscription expiry or exhaustion of a feature’s limit restricts its use under the plan’s conditions. A zero monetary balance does not itself cancel an already paid subscription.

Breaches, non-payment, security threats or binding legal requirements may result in restrictions to the extent necessary. Where circumstances allow, the customer is told the reason and how to resolve the issue; an immediate threat may require immediate restriction. Contact support to request a review.

Ending service and deletion

Before disconnecting, save materials you need, revoke tokens and check team access. Triachat is not a permanent conversation archive and does not store conversation data in backups.

Account deactivation ends access. Data-deletion requests are handled separately, subject to required retention and others’ rights. Messages delivered to Telegram, other messengers and mailboxes remain under the control of those platforms and account owners.

Service rights and responsibility

Triachat software, design and branding belong to their respective rights holders. Customers receive permission to use available features within their order and these terms.

Each party is responsible for its own obligations and breaches under applicable law. Customers are responsible for the lawfulness of their materials, AI instructions and access grants. AI and external platforms do not remove Triachat’s mandatory responsibilities. These terms do not limit rights and protections that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms

The version and date appear at the start of the document. Material changes to conditions or processing are communicated through available service channels before they apply, except urgent changes needed for legal compliance or security. A published price change does not by itself change the price of an already paid order.

If the law requires separate acceptance or consent, it is requested separately. If you disagree with new conditions, you may stop future use and discuss completion of an existing order with support.
